  Purchase Agreement:

Sizing 

The size of your dress is determined by your bust, waist and hip measurement, along with your height. These measurements should be used to assist you in selecting the closest size to be ordered. This garment will NOT be custom made to your exact measurements. Almost every dress will require some sort of alteration. Once your order has been placed with our manufacturer it cannot be modified, changed or canceled. You are ultimately responsible for size of the garment and whether or not to order extra length. We can not be responsible for inaccurate measurements or incorrect sizes.

 Alterations

In anticipation of some adjustments being needed for each garment, you are responsible for contacting a qualified seamstress. Alterations may be done by your choice of seamstresses. We can refer local professional seamstresses. Black Tie & Bridal Lace does not provide alterations.

 Down Payment

 We will place the order for groups of maids dresses only after all those in the group have submitted their dress size and made a down payment. Down payments may be paid via credit card by calling Black Tie & Bridal Lace at (559) 243-9901
