Please use the form below to submit your sizes approximately 3 to 5 weeks prior to the event date. We will prepare your tuxedo according to these measurments.  We recommend this sizing be done at a full service tuxedo shop. This is called a "courtesy measurment" and will be done for you at no charge. Locate a shop near you by doing an online search for "Tuxedos (Your city)"  Shops located in malls, men's clothing stores and bridal shops are NOT full service.  It is best to print this form and take it to the tuxedo shop. Please submit your sizes directly to us via this web site. You may pay for your tuxedo at time of pickup.
