We will prepare your tuxedo according to these measurments.  We recommend this sizing be done at a full service tuxedo shop. This is called a "courtesy measurment" and will be done for you at no charge. Locate a shop near you using this link www.tuxedofit.com . Shops located in malls, men's clothing stores and bridal shops are NOT full service.  It is best to print this form and take it to the tuxedo shop. Please submit your sizes directly to us via this web site. Please do not fax measurments.  You may pay for your tuxedo at time of pickup.

Failure to provide measurments taken by a full service tuxedo shop may result in our inability to provide you with a properly fitting tuxedo.
